🔁 It is recommended to replace the mouthguard every 2-3 months for oral hygiene.

How to use a mouthguard?

1. Heat water to about 75-80 °C .

2. Place the protector in hot water for 30 seconds .

3. (Recommended) Drink some water to moisten your mouth before inserting.

4. Insert the guard into your mouth and adjust it to a comfortable position.

5. Bite gently and press your lips with your hands so that they adapt to the shape of your teeth.

6. Remove it and place it in cold water to set the shape.

✅ Suitable for all sports where there is physical contact.

Important notes:

1. There may be slight color differences between batches or due to the device's display.

2. Please allow 1-2cm tolerance in measurements.

3. Due to sealed packaging, it may have a slight plastic smell upon opening. Wash and air it out before first use. The material is eco-friendly and safe for use.

How to shape (cook) it correctly?

1. Wash the new protector with mild soap to remove factory residue.

2. Soak the protector in boiling water for about 30 seconds until it softens.

3. Place it on the top of your mouth and press it against your lips.

4. Bite lightly so that it takes the shape of your teeth.

5. Adjust if necessary.

6. The protector will be ready to use .

💡 If it doesn't turn out right the first time, you can reheat and mold again .
